Sound Healing Workshop with Rachel

10 June 7:45pm - 8:45pm

Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Healing session combined with a Guided Meditation with intention setting, designed specifically for our yoga community. This workshop is a perfect complement to your regular yoga practice, providing a holistic approach to enhance your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

What to Expect:

Guided Meditation: The session will begin with a guided meditation where I invite you to set an intention. This will help you focus your mind and heart on what you wish to cultivate in your life. This practice will prepare you for the profound relaxation and healing to follow.

Sound Healing: Following the meditation, immerse yourself in a multi-instrument sound healing. Experience the therapeutic vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments, creating a soundscape that will wash away stress and tension.

Benefits of Sound Healing & Meditation for anyone who practices yoga:

  • Enhanced Relaxation: Sound healing induces a state of deep relaxation, taking you from a Beta brainwave state to an Alpha-Alpha-Theta brainwave state, helping to release physical, emotional and spiritual tension accumulated during your daily life.

  • Improved Focus: Guided meditation enhances your ability to concentrate, which can deepen your yoga practice by fostering greater mindfulness and presence on the mat.

  • Stress Reduction: The soothing sounds and guided meditation work together to lower stress levels, promoting a sense of inner peace and calm.

  • Better Sleep: Regular participation in sound healing can improve sleep quality, allowing your body to recover and rejuvenate more effectively.

  • Emotional Balance: Both sound healing and meditation can help balance your emotions, providing clarity and stability in your daily life and yoga practice.

  • Physical Healing: The vibrations from sound healing can promote physical healing by improving circulation, reducing muscle tension, and supporting overall health.

  • Spiritual Growth: Intention setting during meditation helps you align with your higher self and life purpose, enriching your spiritual journey and connection to your yoga practice.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Yoga mat (optional, mat, bolster, blanket, pillow & eye pillow will be provided)

  • Water bottle

  • An open heart and mind

Breathe. Listen. Heal - Live Didgeridoo and Handpan Sound Journey with Fiorino and Ricky

28 June 6pm - 7pm

Join Us for a Deeply Relaxing Sound Journey with Fiorino and Ricky.

Come and experience a Sound Journey designed to help you relax, reconnect, and recharge.

The main instruments guiding you will be the deep, grounding sound of the didgeridoo and the soothing melodies of the handpan. During the session, you'll also hear the rhythmic beat of the shamanic drum, the soft breath of the sea shell, the heartfelt notes of the Native American flute, and the gentle singing of Tibetan bowls.

All these sounds come together to create a rich, moving experience that helps you let go of tension, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself.

Each session is different—guided by the energy of the group and the flow of the moment—so no two journeys are ever the same.

You don’t need to do anything special: just lie back, relax, and let the sounds carry you.

Many people leave feeling deeply grounded, lighter, and more at peace—like they’ve reconnected to something ancient and natural inside themselves.

This Sound Journey can help you if you’re looking for:

Deep relaxation and stress relief

Emotional release and energetic balance

A way to slow down and reconnect with yourself

A beautiful, meditative experience through sound

The modern world can be noisy and overwhelming. This is your time to tune back into the quieter, more natural rhythms of life—and of yourself.

We look forward to welcoming you.

Yin + Sound with Chloe and Rachel

4 July 6pm - 8pm

Unwind with Rachel and Chloe for a 2 hour Yin + Sound experience.

Yin:

Honouring the Water Element

In this deeply grounding yin practice, we attune to the essence of the Water element—fluid, introspective, and yielding. As winter draws us inward, we’ll explore postures that support the kidneys and bladder meridians, inviting softness, stillness, and replenishment.

A deeply nourishing practice that will move beyond the superficial layers of fascia beneath the skin, into the deep yin fascial layers. Yielding to gravity, we embrace the downward flow of energy, allowing ourselves to settle, release, and reconnect with our inner landscape. This is a practice of trust, of turning inward, and yielding.

Sound:

Following your nourishing Yin Yoga practice, allow yourself to be completely held in a deeply restorative Sound Healing Journey, designed to harmonise with the energy of water and the introspective nature of winter.

As the season invites us to slow down, turn inward, and rest, this immersive soundscape will support you in surrendering to deep stillness, activating your parasympathetic nervous system and offering a space for emotional release, reflection, and replenishment.

Soothing tones from crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other therapeutic instruments will gently guide you into a meditative state, helping to balance the water element within and cultivate a sense of flow, fluidity, and inner peace.

Come rest, restore, and return to your own quiet wisdom.
